Si è costituito De Vivo
Abiti lavati di fresco, un piccolo borsone tra le mani e la faccia lunga e scura di chi sa di averla fatta grossa. Così, ieri pomeriggio, Giovanni De Vivo si è presentato agli agenti in servizio al commissariato di polizia di nocera inferiore. Lo cercavano, insieme ai carabinieri, incessantemente, da sabato pomeriggio, dopo che l’uomo, 54 anni, dipendente della angri eco servizi, aveva accoltellato ad una gamba Ciro Grimaldi, 64 enne imprenditore del settore conserviero, al culmine di una lite scoppiata in strada, lungo la statale 18, al confine tra Angri e Scafati. Subito dopo De Vivo era scappato via, dandosi alla macchia. Una latitanza che si è conclusa ieri , quando, accompagnato dal suo avvocato , ha deciso di costituirsi ai poliziotti. Dovrà rispondere non solo di tentato omicidio, ma anche di tentata estorsione. Secondo la ricostruzione dei carabinieri di Pagani, che si sono occupati delle indagini, De Vivo avrebbe vantato da Grimaldi un cospicuo credito, accumulato per alcune prestazioni personali non fatturate nè altrimenti giustificate. Dal mancato pagamento da parte di Grimaldi avrebbe preso forma la discussione , al termine della quale De Vivo ha deciso di usare il coltello. Ieri pomeriggio, quasi immediato, il trasferimento al carcere di Fuorni. E’ lì che avverrà l’interrogatorio di garanzia che potrebbe fornire ulteriori dettagli, non tanto sulla dinamica del tentato omicidio, abbastanza chiara nel suo fluire, quanto sui motivi alla base di essa. Di certo la posizione di De Vivo è pesante. La procura della Repubblica gli contesterà, infatti, la premeditazione e tutto per il coltello usato contro Grimaldi: preso tra gli attrezzi di casa e di là portato con sè al faccia a faccia.
